DMPonline ('the tool', 'the system') is based on the open source DMPRoadmap code base, which is jointly developed by the Digital Curation Center (DCC) and the University of California Curation Center (UC3).
DeiC holds your plans on your behalf, but you retain all rights and responsibilities to the content provided by you.
Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be retrieved. If forgotten it has to be reset.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark and the jurisdiction shall be the courts of Denmark.
In order to help identify and administer your account with DMPonline, the technical operator needs to store your email address. The service manager may use it to contact you to obtain feedback on your use of the tool, or to inform you of the latest developments or releases. The information may be transferred by and between the technical operator and the service manager but only for legitimate purposes related to providing and improving the service. We will not sell, rent or trade any personal information you provide to us.
The information you enter into this system can be seen by you, people you have chosen to share access with, and - solely for the purposes of maintaining the service - system administrators at DeiC and the service manager. The technical operator and service manager may compile annonymised, automated and aggregated information from plans, but we will not directly access, make use of, or share your content with anyone else without your permission.
